Scrapbooking Club - Feature Article

Isabella Crop Circle's Scrapbooking Club on Sundays

What is Scrapbooking

Scrapbooking is the creative art of preserving photographs and the stories behind them, taking books with blank pages and adding photos, memorabilia, journaling, and embellishments.

By creating scrapbook albums you can ensure that those stories and the details of the subject in the photographs are passed on to future generations. No longer will beautiful photos languish in a box or an old album at the back of a cupboard, people will want to look at your scrapbooks again and again!

Crop Dates

If you are interested in scrapbooking, craft stamping, altered art, art journals, inking, painting and generally messing around with paper and ink come along to our crop. We meet from 10.00am-4.00pm on the Sunday dates below at the Isabella Community Centre, Ogle Drive, Blyth NE24 5EH. Or if you would like more information please e-mail us at or visit

The Isabella Spiritualist Church in 2012

The enduring and popular Isabella Spiritualist Church is celebrating nine years with the Centre and is looking forward to continuing success over the next decade.

Many hundreds of people have joined the Spiritualist Church on Sunday evenings between 6.30pm and 8.00pm, where guest mediums from all around the North-East are a usual feature.

The Church would be happy to welcome the next generation to their group. Why not come along and find out what it's all about for yourself.

Or, for more information ring the Church's organiser, Carol Westgarth 01670 367477

Residents Association and Neighbourhood Watch Event

The Residents Association and Neighbourhood Watch are staging a joint event on Monday 12th March 2012 at 7.00PM.  This is a drop-in session where you can find out what is going on in the area, who your local bobbies and safer neighbourhood officers are and how you can get involved. Over 3000 people live in this area, but only a dozen or so regularly attend neighbourhood activities. The Residents group believe more people than this are concerned about, or have ideas on how to improve the area. They hope this is the opportunity to come along and see how you can make a difference. As an enticement there is buffet, nibbles and tea/coffee on the go. Hope to see you on the night!
