Disruption to Access of the Isabella Centre

Please be advised that alternative routes to and from the Isabella Community Centre will have to be found for a time during October due to re-surfacing works.

Stress Control Classes

Every Wednesday 5.00pm - 6.30pm starting on 28th September 2011 at the Isabella Centre. This is a six week course facilitated by the Northumberland Care Trust and it's FREE.

If you feel that you could benefit from some advice and instruction on how to control your stress then please come along to the Centre. All are welcome!

Zumba Classes

A new Thursday class is due to start on the 6th October 2011 from 5.30pm - 6.30pm. Our Tuesday class returns from the 13th September at the usual time of 10.00 - 11.00am.

Baby Signing Classes Back Once More

The unique Tiny Talk baby signing classes are to return after a summer break on Fridays at 1.30pm.

Youth Club Returns

Youth Club has resumed after their summer break.

For 9-13 year olds the Youth Club is organised by qualified and experienced staff and has many activities: Pool, Wii, Playstations, Table Football, Air Hockey, Arts and Crafts, Sports, Drama and much more...

Mondays at 6.30 - 8.30pm

The Return of Tiddlywinks

Blyth Valley Sure Start Children Centre and Tiddlywinks are having fun, once again, at the Isabella Community Centre.

Pre-School children and adults can join in and stretch, dance with fabrics, sing together and explore fun using their imagination and body movements.

£1.00 per family per session and no need to book.

Fridays for six weeks 4th Nov - 9th Dec: 1.30pm - 2.30pm

Look Out for the 5p Bus

The 5p bus is a project of St Cuthbert's Care and will be in the Isabella Community Centre car park on Wed 12th October 2011 and every second Wednesday thereafter at approx 2.00pm.

County Council SE Area Committee

There will be a meeting of the South East Area Committee of the Northumberland County Council on Wednesday 14th September 2011 at 6.00pm in the main hall of the Isabella Centre.

This meeting is open to the press and public.

The agenda, including a report on a petition regarding the Bates Colliery rail line, will be available at the meeting or see www.northumberland.gov.uk for more details.
