Karate Training and Grading Session

Sensei Frank Brennan 7th Dan
Sunday 23rd October 2011 at the Isabella Centre, Main Hall.

Training starts at 12.00pm - 2.00pm. Grading shortly after.

Hosted by the South Beach Karate Club, based here at the Isabella Centre, the training and grading will be conducted by Sensei Frank Brennan 7th Dan. This is open to all with the permission of their instructor. Please note this is not for beginners. Training and Grading £18. Training only £5. Sorry no changing room or shower, only toilets.

AGM of the Cowpen Farm and Isabella Residents Association

All residents of the former Isabella Ward are invited to the 

Annual General Meeting of the Cowpen Farm and Isabella Residents Association. 

This is to be held on Monday 12th September 2011 at the Isabella Community Centre Training Room 1 at 7.00pm. Refreshments will be provided.
