ISABELLA SPIRITUALIST CHURCH - FEATURE

"OPEN YOUR MINDS TO THE FULL STORY"

Spiritualism teaches personal spirituality, Family friendliness and social togetherness, about God and how we make personal progress through God’s teachings open to every one. Spiritualism is a religion and also we see it as a philosophical science. Spiritualism provides a flexible, ever changing, growing understanding of one’s true nature. The body may pass away but the spirit never dies.
Another great aspect of our work is the healing process. Here at the Isabella Spiritualist Church we practice what we preach and engage those who need our help in safe spiritual healing

Every Sunday

Healing 6.00pm
Church 6.30pm

Save your "Let's Grow" Vouchers for Nursery

Here at the Isabella Centre we’re proud that our partner organisation, The Princess Louise Pre-School Nursery has chosen to make this their home base. The Nursery has gone from strength to strength this year and has developed an outside play area to compliment their excellent indoor facilities. The pre-school now wishes to expand it’s activity range and encourage their pupils to experience growing plants in their own garden. To assist the expansion plans they have teamed up with Morrison’s Blyth store and the Let’s Grow Scheme. Can you please save your vouchers, ask your friends to do the same and send them in to nursery. Help us to display the community spirit that the Isabella is famous for and show that here in the Isabella everyone wishes their children and grandchildren to benefit from this learning experience.Enquiries about vacancies to The Princess Louise Pre-school on: 01670 546099

Get Online Day, Wednesday 29th Oct 2008

Help us knock down the digital divide!

Last Years Get Online Day was a great success with the Isabella Centre contributing towards the 10,000 new people nationally who tried the wonders of the internet and digital engagement for the first time.

It’s sixteen years since the creation of the world wide web and still we have thousands of people on our doorstep who have not yet entered the digital age or encountered the wealth of information that is available to help them enrich their everyday lives.

What can the Isabella Centre Do for You?

If you wish to learn more about computers or, you have you just changed to Talk Talk for phone & internet provision, or taken a package out with Sky, or wish to keep up with everyone else and join the e-mail revolution, or even want to undertake a job search from the centre’s IT suite. If you are any of those people our amazing tutor Doug Rutter can take you through the learning curve from absolute beginner to mind blowing techno expert.

Come along and enjoy yourself while you learn how to navigate the internet. Instead of carting your shopping on the bus, order it online and have any of the big four supermarkets deliver it to your door. Let the keyboard take the strain and you will have more leisure time to learn about world history or read the newspapers online to save you going out in the wet.

Get online with Doug and UK online and open up hyperspace for evermore!
